Andrew "Drew" Serafini: Co-Founder of Light Dove Ministries
Andrew "Drew" Serafini brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from over 18 years of experience in global healthcare, public policy, and economic development. His journey began with honorable service in the U.S. Air Force, where he worked as both a structural and airport firefighter and a medic at one of the busiest stations, Ramstein Air Base in Germany. This rigorous environment instilled in him an unparalleled commitment to service, resilience, and the well-being of others.
Pioneering Leadership in Global Healthcare, Economic Development, & Innovation
Andrew’s pursuit of excellence has led him to become a distinguished professional, respected not only in the medical field but also in global public policy and economic innovation. He has completed an exhaustive curriculum for healthcare professionals through the Medical Cannabis Institute, equipping himself with a deep understanding of medical cannabis and its clinical applications. Andrew furthered his education with professional courses at the Robert Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont—the first medical school to offer certification in cannabis pharmacology and science. His advanced certifications in functional medicine and natural health from the Global Healing Institute and his expertise in oxidative therapies from the Kalcker Institute position him as a leader in natural and integrative health solutions. He continues expanding his knowledge through Live Blood Analysis training and advanced studies at the Trinity School of Natural Health.
Beyond healthcare, Andrew’s career in public policy began at Riverside County Economic Development Agency, where he contributed to driving economic growth. His involvement in organizing the Inaugural American Health Care Congress in Southern California, alongside Loma Linda University, brought national and global leaders together, including Dr. David Blumenthal, former Executive Director for Health IT under President George W. Bush. This monumental success attracted the attention of the World Health Care Congress, expanding its influence nationwide. He then played a pivotal role at Innovation Economy Corporation, fostering collaboration between innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, and policy-makers to promote U.S. economic development on a global scale.
A visionary in the emerging cannabis industry, Andrew co-founded C3 Global Biosciences, Inc., makers of the exogen™ Pro CBD line for healthcare practitioners. His leadership and foresight in launching EVR Premium Hemp Oil and establishing C3GBS, a global cannabis corporation acquired within its first year, demonstrate his business acumen and pioneering spirit.
He and his wife, René, later founded Global Health Brands, LLC, creators of CYTOGEN™, a medically-geared CBD product line used by healthcare professionals across the U.S. and internationally.
